人类炎症、肿瘤相关1-磷酸神经酰胺转运蛋白的生物信息学分析

Bioinformatic Analysis of Human Ceramide-1-Phosphate Transfer Protein,an Inflammation and Cancer-associated Gene

  • 摘要: 人类1-磷酸神经酰胺转运蛋白(ceramide-1-phosphate transfer protein, CPTP)能在细胞内膜间运输1-磷酸神经酰胺(ceramide-1-phosphate, C1P)。为深入研究人类CPTP的功能,本研究通过STRING、Coexpedia、Metascape等在线生物信息学分析工具,分析人类CPTP蛋白的潜在相互作用蛋白、共表达蛋白及其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。结果表明,人类CPTP蛋白可能参与磷酸酯水解酶活性、膜脂代谢及多种肿瘤发生发展等过程。ceRNA调控分析结果表明多种miRNA、lncRNA可相互作用并调控人类CPTP的表达。本研究结果为进一步研究人类CPTP的功能及调控机制提供了重要的参考。

     

    Abstract: Human ceramide-1-phosphate transfer protein(CPTP) can transport ceramide-1-phosphate(C1 P) between intracellular membranes. To further study the function of human CPTP, STRING, Coexpedia, Metascape and other online bioinformatics tools were used in this study to analyze its potential interactive proteins, co-expressive proteins of human CPTP and its roles in tumorigenesis and progression. The results showed that human CPTP may take part in phosphoric ester hydrolase activity, membrane lipid metabolic process, tumorigenesis and progression etc. The results of ce RNA regulatory analysis showed that the expression of human CPTP might be regulated by various miRNAs and lncRNAs interaction. The results of this study provided an important reference for further study on the function and regulation mechanism of human CPTP.
