Abstract:
Human ceramide-1-phosphate transfer protein(CPTP) can transport ceramide-1-phosphate(C1 P) between intracellular membranes. To further study the function of human CPTP, STRING, Coexpedia, Metascape and other online bioinformatics tools were used in this study to analyze its potential interactive proteins, co-expressive proteins of human CPTP and its roles in tumorigenesis and progression. The results showed that human CPTP may take part in phosphoric ester hydrolase activity, membrane lipid metabolic process, tumorigenesis and progression etc. The results of ce RNA regulatory analysis showed that the expression of human CPTP might be regulated by various miRNAs and lncRNAs interaction. The results of this study provided an important reference for further study on the function and regulation mechanism of human CPTP.
