主要芸薹属组学数据库研究进展

Research Progress of Main Brassica Omics Databases

  • 摘要: 随着测序技术和生物信息学的快速发展,芸薹属(Brassica)主要作物及其近缘种都完成了基因组测序、全基因组重测序以及转录组测序的工作。为了方便各种组学数据的使用,不同研究团队从不同的角度出发,建立了一系列不同的芸薹属组学数据库。为进一步帮助从事芸薹属作物基因组学、转录组学和遗传学研究人员使用这些数据库,本研究对当前主要的芸薹属生物数据库和欧洲油菜(Brassica napus)数据库包含的数据及其重要工具进行了综述,总结了当前该领域生物数据库存在的部分问题并对未来芸薹属数据库的发展作出了展望。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of sequencing technology and bioinformatics, the main crops of Brassica and its related species have been completed genome sequencing, whole genome resequencing and transcriptome sequencing. In order to facilitate the use of various omics data, different research teams have established a series of different Brassica omics databases from different perspectives, such as BRAD database, Brassica.INFO database,BnPIR database and BnaGVD database. In an effort to further promote Brassica crop genomics, transcriptomics and genetics researchers to use these databases, we reviewed the current main Brassica biological database and Brassica napus database, summarizes some problems existing in Brassica biological database, and makes prospects for the development of databases in the future.
