Abstract:
Invasive aspergillosis(IA) is one of the major fatal complications in immunodeficient patients. Accurate and rapid early diagnosis of IA is very important for timely targeted antifungal treatment, which can significantly control the development of the disease and improve the prognosis. In order to change the unsolved status of IA early diagnosis, researchers are committed to optimizing the traditional immunological and molecular biological diagnosis methods, through finding the new specific targets. At the same time, being combined with new technologies in imaging detection and chemical analysis, some new diagnosis methods has been developed, such as Aspergillus GM lateral flow assay(LFA) and exhaled volatile organic compounds(VOCs), etc. In this article, we tried to review the progresses on early diagnosis methods of IA comprehensively, which will provide the valuable reference for peers.
