水稻重力反应的研究进展

Research Advances of Rice Gravitropism

  • 摘要: 重力是一种能调节植物生长发育形态的重要环境因子。水稻(Oryza sativa)的重力反应可以调节分蘖角度,进而影响水稻株型和产量。此外,重力反应也会影响水稻的根系构型,从而改变植株抗胁迫能力。因此,研究水稻的重力反应不仅有助于阐明水稻重力反应的调节机制,对于水稻株型的改良、高产量新品种的选育也具有重要的指导意义。本文在综合相关文献的基础上,从以下几个方面对其调节机制进行了总结:包括重力反应的感应机制,生长素、赤霉素等激素对重力信号的传导机制,以及重力反应对水稻的分蘖角度、根系构型调控的分子机制。文章还讨论了水稻重力反应调控的研究热点和应用方向。

     

    Abstract: Gravity is an important environmental factor that can regulate the growth and development of plants. The gravitropism of rice(Oryza sativa) can adjust tiller angle and thus affect architecture and yield. In addition, it can also affect root architecture of rice, which change the plant’s resistance to biotic stresses. Therefore, studying the gravitropism not only helps to elucidate the regulation mechanism of the rice gravitropism, but also has important guiding significance for the improvement of rice plant types and the development of new varieties with high yield. This paper reviews the regulatory mechanism from the following three aspects: one is the induction mechanism of gravity reaction; the other is the mechanism of the conduction of gravity signal by auxin and gibberellin; and the last one is the molecular mechanism of rice gravitropism in regulating tiller angle and root architecture. We also discussed the research hotspots and future application directions of rice gravitropism regulation.
