Abstract:
Three Rhodotorula strains(B1, B5, B6) were isolated from rhizosphere microbial community of mangrove at Beibu Gulf Shijiao of Guangxi. Through internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequencing comparison, phylogenetic analysis, and colony morphology, it was determined that the three screened Rhodotorula strains belonged to Rhodotorula mucilaginosa. The genome of the strain B1 was sequenced and analyzed using Illumina Novaseq, the obtained whole genome sequence was gene-annotated, and a whole genome map was constructed. The difference between the secondary metabolite biosynthesis gene clusters in the Rh. mucilaginosa genome was annotated and analyzed by antiSMASH. The cell composition of the strain B1 were analyzed, and the results showed that it contained a variety of fatty acids, among which oleic acid content was the highest, accounting for 52.00% of the total fatty acids. Sixteen amino acids were detected, and glutamic acid content was accounting for 17.49% of the total amino acids. Two kinds of pigments, β-carotene and an unidentified pigment, were detected.
