Abstract:
The three-dimensional tissue of chromatin in the nucleus functionally regulates the expression of the genome. The study of dynamic three-dimensional tissue of chromatin is an important research field of epigene-tics, and chromosome conformation capture(3C) is an important technical measure to study the structure and function of three-dimensional genome. With the wide application of this technology in the field of epigenetics, the related techniques derived from 3C have developed rapidly. This paper will introduce and prospect the related technologies, development process and basic principles of chromosome interaction developed in recent years, so as to provide technical reference for three-dimensional genome research and provide new ideas for the development of related technologies in the future.
