Abstract: The construction of new agricultural science proposes to cultivate modern agricultural inter-disciplinary talent with innovative practical ability. The professional practice base is an important carrier for the cultivation of innovative practical ability of agricultural postgraduates. It is of great significance to construct the management system of professional practice base to improve the training quality of agricultural postgraduates. In view of the practical difficulties in the governance of agricultural graduate professional practice bases, combined with the triple helix theory, a new base governance system of multiple co-governance with government participation was constructed, and two kinds of multiple co-governance base governance systems of Science and Technology Backyard and Guangdong open base were compared and analyzed. The necessity of government participation in the governance of agricultural graduate professional practice bases and the suggestions for the improvement and development of the governance system of multiple co-governance bases are proposed.
