花卉植物基因组学研究进展与展望

Advances and Prospects of Genomics in Floral Plants

  • 摘要: 花卉是园艺植物的重要组成部分,具有丰富的种质资源。随着高通量测序技术的发展,基因组学研究已成为花卉植物的研究热点之一。高质量的基因组序列为研究花卉植物基因组的结构与功能、起源与进化、基因定位和遗传改良等提供了重要的信息基础。本综述介绍了蔷薇科(Rosaceae)、菊科(Asteraceae)和兰科(Orchidaceae)等花卉植物基因组研究进展及应用,并对花卉植物基因组的发展前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Floral plants are one of the most important part of horticultural plants, with rich germplasm resources. With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, genomics research has become one of the hot sports in the study of floral plants. High quality genome sequences provide an important genic information foundation for the study of floral plants genome structure and function, origin and evolution, gene mapping and genetic improvement. This review introduces the research progress and application of floral plant genomes of Rosaceae, Asteraceae and Orchidaceae and other floral plants, the development prospects of flowering plants genomes was also prospected.
