蛋白质组学在考古中的应用

Application of Proteomics in Archaeology

  • 摘要: 作为20世纪随分子生物学大力发展而兴起的一种技术,蛋白质组学分析技术为考古学研究提供了新的研究路径和方向,具有广阔的发展前景。考古学中的蛋白质组学方法主要有肽质量指纹图谱分析法和肽序列标签法等,其运用在动植物种属鉴定、系统发育、古病理学研究、性别鉴定等多个方面。蛋白质组学方法能够带来较为精确、可信度较高的考古学分析结果,但蛋白质组学在考古学领域中还有蛋白质数据库中缺乏足够的蛋白质组学数据,考古生物样本中蛋白质提取困难等难题需要攻克,在考古研究中的深度和广度均亟待进一步发展。

     

    Abstract: As a technology emerged with the vigorous development of molecular biology in the 20th century,proteomics analysis technology provides a new research path and direction for archaeological research,and has broad development prospects.The proteomic methods in archaeology mainly include peptide mass fingerprinting analysis and peptide sequence labeling method,which are used in plant and animal species identification,phylogeny,paleopathological research,sex identification and other aspects.Proteomics methods can bring more accurate and credible archaeological analysis results,but proteomics still has problems to overcome in the field of archaeology,such as the lack of sufficient proteomic data in protein databases,and difficulties in extracting proteins from archaeological biological samples,and the depth and breadth of proteomics in archaeological research need to be further developed.
