柑橘多组学研究进展与展望

Progress and Prospect of Multi-omics in Citrus

  • 摘要: 多组学已成为柑橘植物基础研究领域的主要手段之一。系统化高通量组学技术与生物信息学分析有助于深入回答柑橘的遗传机制、基因调控、代谢途径、生长发育和应对逆境等生物学问题,从而为柑橘分子育种和品质改良提供信息支撑。本文介绍柑橘植物在基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组、表观基因组、表型组和微生物组的研究进展及应用,并讨论相关研究的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: Multi-omics has become one of the main means to study citrus plant. Systematic high-throughput omics technologies and bioinformatics analyses of citrus can help to deeply answer biological questions on the genetic mechanism, gene regulation, metabolic pathway, growth and development, response to environmental stress in citrus, providing information support for citrus molecular breeding and quality improvement. This study review current research progresses and applications in aspects of genome, transcriptome, proteome, metabolome, epigenome, phenome and microbiome of citrus plants, and discuss the development prospects of related research.
