Abstract:
Plant physiology is a basis course designed for undergraduate students majoring in Agronomy, with strong theoretical and abstractive knowledge system. Under the background of new agricultural sciences, studying of Plant Physiology has some problems, such as lack of systematic knowledge framework, the need for further strengthening of ideological and political education, insufficient research capabilities, and lack of confidence in the major. In response to the above issues, this study creates a new student-centered teaching model that integrates ‘knowledge chain + ideological and political education + science and education + industry and education’, with the goal of building a knowledge framework system and improving professional competence. This includes the construction of a knowledge chain from basic knowledge of Plant Physiology to scientific research, and then to agricultural production; the promotion of the effective integration of classroom learning and scientific research, curriculum education and ideological and political education, professional teaching and industrial development. This study provides the reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in new agriculture.
