生物质预处理过程中显微及显微光谱技术研究进展

Research Progress on the Microscopy and Micro-spectroscopy in Biomass Pretreatment

  • 摘要: 详细综述了光学显微技术(LM)、扫描电子显微技术(SEM)、透射电子显微技术(TEM)、原子力显微技术(AFM)、共聚焦荧光显微技术(CLSM)、显微红外光谱技术、显微共聚焦拉曼光谱技术(CRM)以及显微紫外光谱技术(UMSP)在化学预处理、生物预处理以及物理化学预处理过程中的应用进展.以期为生物质转化领域的科学研究及产业化发展提供新手段.

     

    Abstract: This paper reviewed the applications of light microscopy (LM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), FT-IR microscopy, confocal Raman microscopy (CRM) and micro-UV spectrometer (UMSP) on chemical, biological and physical-chemical pretreatment in detail. The established approaches provided alternatives to the scientific research and industrialization development related to biomass conversion.
