Abstract:
The microwave-assisted extraction method was selected to extract blue honeysuckle(
Lonicera caerulea var.
enulis Turcz et Herd) seed oil and the fatty acid composition of the seed oil was analyzed. Single factor experiments were carried out on extraction time, liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature, and microwave power. Then, the process for microwave-assisted alcohol extraction of
L.caerulea seed oil was optimized by response surface methodology based on the single factor experiments. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extraction time 23 min, liquid-to-solid ratio 23:1(mL:g), extraction temperature 50 ℃ and microwave power 500 W, and the yield of
L.caerulea seed oil was (26.0±0.05)% under these conditions. The composition of the
L.caerulea seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS and 7 fatty acids were identified as the main components, most of which were two conjugated linoleic acids,
cis-9,
trans-11-octadecadienoate and
trans-10,
cis-12-octadecadienoate and the relative contents were 23.49% and 21.33%, respectively.
