Abstract:
Chemical tapping irritant agent which consisted of rare earth nitrate containing trace elements and biological tapping irritant agents(ethephon and
α-naphthylacetic acid) were used in the tapping of
P. kesiya, and the mean annual rate of increasing resin after tapping chemical tapping irritant and ethephon could reach 29.7%. The physiological indexes of
P. kesiya treated with tapping irritant agent were tested. The results showed that after application of tapping irritant agent, the photosynthesis of pine was promoted, the dry weight of pine needles and the content of chlorophyll were increased by 11.2% and 5.6% respectively, and the transformation of soluble sugar into resin was promoted. The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalaes(CAT) in leaves of
P. kesiya increased by 108.6%, 87.3% and 104.8%, respectively. Thus, the adaptability and resistance of
P. kesiya to environment were improved, and the ability of resin production was improved.
