白背清风藤的三萜类化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Triterpenes from Sabia discolor Dunn

  • 摘要: 利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱层析分离技术,对白背清风藤茎干的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,借助现代波谱技术(MS、1H NMR及13C NMR)鉴定化合物的结构。从白背清风藤茎干中分离得到10个五环三萜类化合物,鉴定为:20-羟基-3-羽扇豆酮(1)、羽扇豆烷-3β, 20-二醇(2)、(20S)-羟基-3-蒲公英酮(3)、3α, 28-二羟基-20-蒲公英烯(4)、蒲公英烷-3β, 20β-二醇(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、1-氧代-高根二醇(7)、山胡桃素A(8)、印度锥栗醇(9)和1α, 3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(10)。化合物24789为首次从清风藤属植物中分离得到,化合物13510为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: The ethanol extracts from the stem of Sabia discolor Dunn were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were verified by modern spectroscopy(MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR). Ten pentacyclic triterpenoids were isolated from the stem of S. discolor, and identified as 20-hydroxy-lupan-3-one(1), monogynol A(2), (20S)-3-oxo-20-hydroxytaraxastane(3), 20-taraxastene-3α, 28-diol(4), 3β, 20β-dihydroxytaraxastane(5), oleanolic acid(6), 1-oxo-erythrodiol(7), juglangenin A(8), castanopsol(9) and 1α, 3β-dihydroxyl-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(10), respectively. Among them, compounds 2, 4, 7, 8 and 9 were obtained from the genus Sabia for the first time, and compounds 1, 3, 5 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
