大豆油基木器涂料的合成及其阻燃性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of Soybean Oil-based Flame Retardant Wood Coatings

摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯改性的衣康酸前聚体(GI)和环氧大豆油(ESO)的合成产品GIESO为原料, 甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯(THFMA)作稀释剂, 制得疏水纳米SiO2改性生物基UV固化树脂, 然后引入含磷型阻燃剂9, 10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO), 制备了一种具有疏水和阻燃性能的UV固化木器涂料。通过调节树脂中SiO2和DOPO的用量, 研究了这两种组分对涂层性能的影响。研究结果表明:SiO2用量为0.5%(以GIESO/THFMA的质量计, 下同)时, 涂层GIESO/THFMA-Si 0.5综合性能最佳, 吸水率为0.49%, 接触角108.2°。DOPO用量20%时, 制得了一种具有较高涂膜性能, 疏水性能和阻燃性能均较好的光固化木器涂料, 涂膜硬度6H, 附着力1级, 柔韧性4 mm, 接触角103.7°, 极限氧指数(LOI)可达24.0%。Abstract: Hydrophobic nano-SiO2 modified bio-based UV curable resin was prepared using glycidyl methacrylate modified itaconic acid prepolymer(GI) and epoxy soybean oil(ESO) based synthetic product GIESO as raw materials and using tetrahydrofuran methacrylate(THFMA) as diluent. Then, 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO) as a phosphorus-containing flame retardant was introduced to prepare a UV-curable wood coatings with hydrophobic and flame retardant properties. The effects of SiO2 and DOPO on coating properties were studied by adjusting the relative contents of these two components in the resins. The research results showed that when the amount of SiO2 was 0.5%(calculated by the mass of GIESO/THFMA, which was also applied as below), the comprehensive performance of the coating GIESO/THFMA-Si0.5 was the best, with a water absorption rate of 0.49% and a contact angle of 108.2°. When the dosage of DOPO was 20%, a UV-curable wood coatings with high film coating, hydrophobic and flame retardant properties was prepared. The hardness of film was 6H, the adhesion was level 1, the flexibility was 4 mm, the contact angle was 103.7° and the limiting oxygen index(LOI) was up to 24.0%.
