Abstract:
Chemical constituents from the flower buds of Lonicera dasystyla Rehd. were studied. Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as chlorogenic acid (Ⅰ), 5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid butyl ester (Ⅱ), 5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester (Ⅲ), quercetin (Ⅳ), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅴ), rutin (Ⅵ), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (Ⅶ), aesculetin (Ⅷ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ), daucosterol (Ⅹ). Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ were firstly isolated from this species, while compound Ⅶ was isolated from genus Lonicera for the first time.
