丙烯海松双酰基硫脲衍生物的合成及抑菌活性研究

Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Diacylthiourea Derivatives Containing Acrylpimaryl Group

  • 摘要: 松香与丙烯酸通过Diels-Alder双烯加成反应得到丙烯海松酸,丙烯海松酸经酰氯化和硫脲化合成了6个未见报道的双酰基硫脲衍生物,通过IR、 NMR、MS和元素分析等对产物进行了表征。初步的活性结果显示,丙烯海松双酰基硫脲衍生物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有较好的抑制作用,特别是丙烯海松双-(3,5-二苯基)硫脲(4f)对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性比市售杀菌剂新洁尔灭高。

     

    Abstract: Acrylpimaric acid was prepared from rosin through Diels-Alder addition reaction, then series of diacylthiourea derivatives containing acrylpimaryl group were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activity of diacylthiourea derivatives against Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria were also investigated. The results indicated that diacylthiourea derivatives displayed extensive anti-bacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria. Especially, compared with commercial anti-bacterial agent(bromogeramine), compound 4f exhibits superior anti-bacterial activity against Escherichia coli(Gram-negative bacteria).
