Abstract:
Chemical constituents in honeysuckle (Lonicera chrysantha) Turcz. were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were determined on basis of phsico-chemical and spectroscopic data. Seven compounds, namely, cosmosiin(Ⅰ), quinqueloside(Ⅱ),quercetin(Ⅲ),amentoflavone(Ⅳ), cupressuflavone(Ⅴ), apigenin chlorogenic acid(Ⅵ) and daucosterol(Ⅶ), were isolated, in which compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from the genus Lonicera for the first time. Additionally, the 1H NMR and 13C NMR data of compound Ⅱ were firstly reported.
