链霉菌D21产木聚糖酶的发酵条件研究

Fermentation Conditions of Xylanase Production by Streptomyces sp. D21

  • 摘要: 研究了链霉菌D21产木聚糖酶发酵条件的优化.单因素优化试验结果表明,水不溶玉米芯木聚糖为最佳碳源和诱导物,牛肉蛋白胨为最佳氮源,最适pH值为6.0,最适培养温度40℃.在此条件下,培养4d木聚糖酶活力达到1128U/mL.

     

    Abstract: Fermentation conditions of xyalnase production by Streptomyces sp. D21 were optimized in the study. The results of single-factor experiment showed that insoluble corncob xylan was the best carbon source and inducer, beef peptone was the best nitrogen source, the optimal initial pH value and cultivation temperature were 6.0 and 40℃, respectively. Under the optimal conditions, the highest xylanase activity of 1 128 U/mL was obtained after four days of cultivation.
