圆滑番荔枝树皮中一个新的贝壳杉烷型二萜

摘要: 对番荔枝科植物圆滑番荔枝(Annona glabra Linn.)树皮的化学成分进行了研究,分离得到一个新的贝壳杉烷型二萜.树皮 15 kg,95% 乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h.浸膏混悬于适量水中,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取.所得乙酸乙酯部分再经过反复硅胶柱层析及重结晶后,得到一个贝壳杉烷型二萜类化合物1,经理化及波谱分析,其结构确证为一个新的贝壳杉烷型二萜,命名为:16α-羟基-17-乙酰氧基-对映-贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸.Abstract: A new kaurane diterpenoid was isolated from the bark of Annona glabra Linn.Fifteen kg of bark of the plant was extracted with 95% EtOH for 3 times,each time for 2 h.The extract,which was suspended in water,was partitioned successively with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-BuOH.Then the ethyl acetate fraction was subjected to silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization to afford compound 1. On the basis of chemical and spectral analysis,the structure was confirmed to be a kaurane diterpenoid,which is a novel compound,named 16α-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-ent-kauran-19-oic acid.
