含锆中孔分子筛SO42-/Zr-MCM-41催化松节油水合反应

HYDRATION OF TURPENTINE CATALYZED BY MESOPOROUS ZIRCONIUM MOLECULAR SIEVE SO42- ZR-MCM-41

  • 摘要: 合成了SO42-促进的含锆中孔分子筛SO42-/Zr-MCM-41(孔径4.1nm),通过XRD及FT-IR表征了其结构。结果表明:SO42-/Zr-MCM-41存在中孔分子筛的特征吸收峰,具有良好的长程有序性和结晶度;SO42-与骨架原子形成了化学键,并增强了其酸性,H0≤-12.76。将SO42-/Zr-MCM-41用于催化松节油的水合反应,获得了较适宜的反应条件:催化剂用量为松节油质量的7.5%,氯乙酸、松节油及水的摩尔比为1:1:3,反应温度60℃,反应时间8~10h。在上述条件下,松油醇的含量达到60%。

     

    Abstract: Zirconium-containing mesoporous molecular sieve SO42-/Zr-MCM-41 was synthesized. Its structure was characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The results showed that the obtained product was of the characteristics of mesoporous molecular sieve, possessing good long-range order and crystallinity. By FT-IR, it was proved that SO42- has been chemically bonded with the frame of mesoporous molecular sieve and the acidity has been improved, H0≤-12.76. SO42-/Zr-MCM-41 was used as catalyst.In the hydration of turpentine, the suitable reaction conditions were obtained as follows:catalyst:turpentine 7.5% (mass part), monochloro acetic acid:turpentine:water 1:1:3(molar ratio), reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time 8-10 h. Under the above conditions, contents of terpineol reached 60%.
