超声波法从罗汉果渣中提取碱木质素的研究

STUDY ON ULTRASONIC EXTRACTION OF ALKALINE LIGNIN FROM MOMORDICA GROSVENORI S.FRUIT RESIDUES

  • 摘要: 在一般碱法提取罗汉果渣木质素的基础上,加入超声波处理,确定了其最佳提取工艺条件为:10g样品在碱浓度0.5mol/L、碱液用量30mL/g、超声波处理时间90min、水浴温度40℃、恒温时间2.5h,木质素的溶出率由5.04%提高到8.60%,提取率由4.91%提高到8.40%;提取物中木质素含量为罗汉果渣中木质素总含量的56.19%。测定了IR光谱图,并且通过粘度法比较了其相对分子质量。

     

    Abstract: Compared with the traditional method to obtain lignin by alkali extraction from Momordica grosvenori Swingle fruit residues,ultrasonic extraction was used for the dewaxed samples with 0.5 mol /L KOH at 40℃ for 2.5 h.The optimum extraction technology was as follows:ultrasonic irradiation time 90 min,temperature 40℃,constant temperature time 2.5 h.Under this condition,the total dissolved lignin increased from 5.04% to 8.60%,and the extraction rate increased from 4.91% to 8.40%.The yield of lignin was 56.19%.IR and molecular weight measurements of the alkali-soluble lignins were carried out.
