Abstract:
Using cellulase,a new technology of extracting resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.was developed.The crude powder of P.cuspidatum was treated by means of cellulase before extraction by refluxing with ethanol.The enzyme-based extraction technology was characterized by its high extraction yield and gentle extraction conditions,which were determined experimently as follows:extraction temperature 50℃,pH value of extraction media 5.0,extraction time 90 min and mass ratio of enzyme to P.cuspidatum 1:500.Compared with traditional extracting technology by ethenol,extraction yield of resveratrol was increased by about 5 times by using this enzyme-based extraction technology.
