酶法提取虎杖中白藜芦醇新工艺研究

STUDY ON ENZYMATIC EXTRACTION OF RESVERATROL FROM POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM

  • 摘要: 采用纤维素酶解法新工艺提取虎杖中白藜芦醇。即在乙醇提取前,先用纤维素酶处理虎杖粗粉。通过实验确定最佳的提取工艺条件为:提取温度50℃,酶解pH值5.0,酶解时间90min,纤维素酶与虎杖粗粉配比为1:500。与传统醇提工艺相比,提取率提高了近5倍。

     

    Abstract: Using cellulase,a new technology of extracting resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.was developed.The crude powder of P.cuspidatum was treated by means of cellulase before extraction by refluxing with ethanol.The enzyme-based extraction technology was characterized by its high extraction yield and gentle extraction conditions,which were determined experimently as follows:extraction temperature 50℃,pH value of extraction media 5.0,extraction time 90 min and mass ratio of enzyme to P.cuspidatum 1:500.Compared with traditional extracting technology by ethenol,extraction yield of resveratrol was increased by about 5 times by using this enzyme-based extraction technology.
