Abstract: Experience on engineering design,manufacture and installation of ladder liquid distributor were summarized,and a more resonable structure was suggested to improve initial distribution and mass transfer efficiency of liquid distributor.Through assessment theory,it has been proved that the new structure is more advantageous in function than that of traditional liquid distributor.Satisfactory results have been achieved through its practical applications in industries of forest chemicals,pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals.
