工业脂肪酸和松香Diels-Alder反应合成复合二聚酸
Synthesis of A Complex Dimeric Acid by Diels-Alder Reaction between Industrial Fatty Acid and Rosin

摘要: 以工业脂肪酸和松香为原料,经Diels-Alder反应合成一种复合二聚酸。采用凝胶色谱法测定了产物的单体、二聚体和三聚体的含量,探讨了不同反应条件对产物组成和性质的影响。结果表明:采用自制的催化剂体系,催化剂用量(以体系质量计)1%,松香质量分数5%,反应时间5h,反应温度240℃,反应压力0.5MPa的条件下,产物中二聚体达到51.03%,加成产物40℃的黏度为320mPa·s、酸值为193.9mg/g。用1H NMR对产物进行了表征,表明发生了Diels-Alder加成反应。Abstract: A complex dimeric acid was synthesized by Diels-Alder reaction using industrial fatty acid and rosin as raw material. The contents of monomer, dimer and trimer were detected by gel permeation chromatography(GPC). Effects of different reaction conditions on the composition and properties of product were discussed. The result showed that using the amount of the self-made catalyst 1% in terms of mass of the system, mass fraction of rosin 5%, reaction time 5 h, reaction temperature 240℃ and reaction pressure 0.5 MPa, 51.03% mass fraction of dimeric acid can be obtained in the product. The viscosity of product is 320 mPa·s at 40℃ and the acid value of the product is 193.9 mg/g. The product was characterized by 1H NMR, which showed that addition reaction had taken place.
