生物柴油用于合成蔗糖酯的工艺研究

Study on Synthesis of Sucrose Esters from Bio-diesel

  • 摘要: 以自制的生物柴油、蔗糖为原料,采用无溶剂法合成蔗糖酯,确定了合成工艺的各项工艺条件:占总物料量2%的K2CO3为催化剂,10%的硬脂酸钾为助溶剂,生物柴油和蔗糖的物质的量之比为1:1~4:1,在130℃下反应3h,控制真空度低于0.09MPa,采用混合溶剂萃取法纯化粗产物,得到产品质量较高的蔗糖酯,产率可达78%。

     

    Abstract: Using sucrose and bio-diesel as raw materials, the condition of sucrose esters (SE) synthesis with solventless method was optimized. The optimum conditions of SE synthesis at 130℃ for 3 h with the mole ratio of bio-diesel to sucrose 1:1-4:1 were obtained by using 2% potassium carbonate as catalyst and 10% potassium stearate as co-solvent under vacuum less than 0.09 MPa. Mixed solvent extraction was used to purify raw product to obtain high-qualified sucrose esters of bio-diesel. The yield can reach 78%.
