Analysis of the Volatile Compounds from the Flower of Paulownia elongate

摘要: 采用同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)和顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)法,结合气质联用仪(GC-MS),分析了兰考泡桐花的挥发性香成分,共鉴定出67种挥发性化合物:其中酯10种、醛9种、酮4种、酚2种、烃36种、醇5种、酰胺化合物1种。3种方法鉴定出的共有组分主要有1-辛烯-3-醇、1,4-二甲氧基苯、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,7-辛三烯、苯甲酸甲酯、2-羟基苯甲酸甲酯、1-甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯基)苯等10种。Abstract: Volatiles of Paulownia elongata S.Y.Hu were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE)and head space-solid-phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME), and analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Sixty-seven compounds were identified including 10 esters, 9 aldehydes, 4 ketones, 2 phenols, 36 hydrocarbons, 5 alcohols, and 1 amide. The major compounds were: 1-octen-3-ol, 4-dimethoxy-benzene, (E)-3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6-octatriene, benzoic acid methyl ester, 2-hydroxy-benzoic acid methyl ester and 1-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)-benzene, etc. The result will provide valuable information for further study on P.elongata.
