  • Components of by products in the terpineol production were analyzed by GC and GC-MS.The results showed that main compounds in the by products were α-pinene, camphene, α-terpinene, 1, 8-cineol, limonene, γ-terpinene, terpinolene and terpineol.They can be separated by rectification, or dehydrogenated to create useful p cymene for further utilization.
