3地点马尾松生长与产脂性状家系变异及稳定性研究

Family Variation and Stability of Growth and Oleoresin traits of Pinus massoniana in Three Sites

  • 摘要: [目的]研究3地点10年生马尾松生长和产脂性状的家系遗传变异和遗传稳定性,为选择马尾松高产脂优良家系提供科学依据。[方法]对2012年营建于福建邵武、江西峡江、湖北太子山的10年马尾松家系林进行生长和产脂性状调查,分析各性状的遗传变异规律,利用联合选择法选择各地点专用马尾松高产脂家系,在此基础上利用GGE模型选择高产稳定的通用马尾松家系。[结果]10年生马尾松生长和产脂性状在家系间、地点间及家系与地点互作均存在显著差异(p<0.05)。3个地点胸径、产脂力和产脂量家系遗传力分别为0.39~0.60、0.39~0.48和0.34~0.56,均受中高等遗传控制。通过联合选择,以产脂量育种值高于对照10%、胸径和产脂力的平均值且遗传增益为正作为选择标准,3个地点分别选择11、12和6个专用马尾松高产脂家系。利用GGE模型根据家系产脂力和产脂量的高产稳定性分析得出,家系43和63既高产又稳定,作为马尾松适生区域的通用家系。[结论]马尾松生长和产脂性状在家系间、地点间及家系与地点互作均存在显著差异(p<0.05);福建邵武、江西峡江和湖北太子山3个地点分别选择11、12和6个专用马尾松高产脂家系;家系43和63既高产又稳定,可作为全国适用的通用家系。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The aim was to study the genetic variation and genetic stability of growth and fat-producing traits of 10-year-old Pinus massoniana in three sites, and provide scientific basis for selecting excellent families with high fat yield.
    Method Ten-year-old P. massoniana family forests built in Shaowu, Jiangxi Xiajiang and Taizishan, Hubei Province in 2012 were investigated, and the genetic variation law of each character was analyzed. The high-yield families of P. massoniana were selected by joint selection method, and the GGE model was used to select high-yield and stable general P. massoniana families.
    Result There were significant differences in growth and fat production of 10-year-old P. massoniana among families, sites and interactions between families and sites (p<0.05). The heritability of DBH, fat yield and fat yield in three sites were 0.39~0.60, 0.39~0.41 and 0.34~0.56, respectively, all of which were controlled by middle and high genetics. Through joint selection, 11, 12 and 6 special families of P. massoniana with high fat yield were selected in three sites based on the selection criteria with the breeding value of fat yield higher than 10% of the control, the average of DBH and fat yield and the positive genetic gain. By using GGE model, according to the analysis of the high yield and stability of the family's fat yield, it was concluded that families 43 and 63 are both high-yield and stable, and they are common families in the suitable area of P. massoniana.
    Conclusion There are significant differences in growth and fat production traits among families, sites and interactions between families and site (p < 0.05). In Shaowu, Fujian, Xiajiang, Jiangxi and Taizishan, Hubei, 11, 12 and 6 special families of P. massoniana with high fat yield are selected, respectively. Families 43 and 63 are high-yielding and stable, and can be used as general families in China.
