Abstract: Researches on the relations of tree disease resistance to the changes of biochemical substracts before and after the infection by pathogen,and to the differences of some metabolisms induced by pathogens are reviewed.The current researches on disease resistanceare concentrated mainly on the comparison analysis of related factors. The molecular mechanisms and gene orientation of resistance to diseases in trees should be further studied.
