Abstract: In Mt. Qilinn District, Gansu Province, pure and mixed forests are made up by the peculiar tree, Picea crassifolia, which are mainly distributed in the north-west of China. There are many unknown serious pests on this tree, among which, three new species of tortricids have been described in this paper.All the specimens, including the types of new species are kept in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.
