青杨楔天牛病原细菌——链球菌致病性研究

Pathogenicity Research on Streptococcs sp. to Saperda populnea

摘要: 青杨楔天牛(Saperda populnea Linnaeus)是新疆维吾尔自治区杨树(Populus spp.)的主要蛀干性害虫。在调查青杨楔天牛的过程中发现了在虫瘿内自然感病死亡的天牛幼虫,从感病幼虫体上分离培养的细菌经鉴定为链球菌属(Streptococcus Rosebach)的一种细菌。

Abstract: The article describes the culture character and others major features of a pathogenic bacteria obtained from the larvae of Saperda populnea. The bacteria was identified as Streptococcs sp. The test to the larvae showed that the bacteria was pathogenic to the larvae of Saperda populnea and had higher pathogenicity.
