果园风送喷雾风力调控方法研究进展

Research Progress on Airflow Adjustment Methods of Air-assisted Spraying in Orchards

  • 摘要: 果园风送喷雾技术正朝着智能化和精准化方向发展,风送风力作为果园喷雾主要控制对象之一,对果园喷雾实现按需精准喷药至关重要。为此,从果园风送喷雾风机、风力对喷雾效果的影响和风送喷雾风力调控方法与装备3个方面对现有研究进行了综述,阐述了果园风送喷雾常用风机类型、风机选型时遵循的原则和风力调控对喷雾药液沉积与药液漂移的影响,进而指出风力调控的重要性。在此基础上,对国内外学者和企业在风力调控方法与装备上取得的研究成果进行了分析,归纳总结了果园风送喷雾风力调控方法研究存在的问题和今后发展方向,为后续从事果园风送喷雾风力调控方法研究提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Orchard air-assisted spraying technology is developing towards intelligent and precise, as one of the main control objects of orchard air-assisted spraying,airflow adjustment is essential to achieve precise spraying according to the requirements of fruit trees in orchard air-assisted spraying.In this paper,the research progress analysis focuses on three methodologies:the fan, the influence of airflow on the spraying effect,the airflow adjustment method and equipment.It describes the common fan type and the fan selection principle of the air-assisted sprayer,and the influence of airflow adjustment on deposition and drift of the spray liquid, thus indicating the importance of airflow adjustment.On this basis, the research results on airflow adjustment methods and equipment of the domestic and foreign scholars and enterprises are analyzed, and the problems and future development directions about the airflow adjustment methods of air-assisted spraying are summarized.It provides a reference for the subsequent research on the airflow adjustment methods of air-assisted spraying in future.
