钉齿滚筒式残膜回收装置捡膜部件的设计与有限元分析

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Film Pick-up Components of Nail Tooth Drum Residual Film Recovery Device

  • 摘要: 对钉齿滚筒式残膜回收装置的钉齿捡膜部件进行设计,并对钉齿运动轨迹进行分析,获得捡膜部件能够连续作业的条件。运用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立钉齿的三维模型,并采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行模态分析和瞬间动力学分析。模态分析结果显示:钉齿的最小固有频率为206.57Hz,并得到钉齿的前6阶模态振型图,为避开共振区及结构优化设计提供理论依据。瞬间动力学分析结果显示:钉齿的总变形量为0.027 61mm,最大等效应力为17.354MPa,钉齿的最大弹性模量为8.31×10-5mm,并得到钉齿作业时易发生应力集中的部位,为钉齿的改进提供了理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Design the film picking parts of nail-tooth drum type residual film recovery device and analyzes the movement track of the nail teeth, and the conditions for the continuous operation of the diaphragm component are obtained.The 3 D model of the nail is established by using the 3 D modeling software SolidWorks, and the modal analysis and instantaneous dynamic analysis are performed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The modal analysis results show that,the minimum natural frequency of the nail is 206.57 Hz, and the first 6-order mode shape of the nail is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for avoiding the resonance region and structural optimization design.The results of the instantaneous dynamic analysis show that,the total deformation of the nail is 0.027 61 mm, the maximum equivalent stress is 17.354 MPa, and the maximum elastic modulus of the nail is 8.31×10-5 mm,and get the stress concentration position when nail teeth work, provide theoretical reference for the improvement of nail teeth.
