一种拱棚插架覆膜一体机的研制

摘要: 为适应部分地区蔬菜水果拱棚种植模式,解决传统拱棚靠人力手工搭建、劳动强度大且效率低的问题,设计了一种拱棚插架覆膜一体机,主要由机架、弯杆插架装置、覆膜装置和行进装置组成。通过行走机构完成棚杆定距插架功能,利用插架装置完成弯杆、插杆工作,通过覆膜装置完成自动覆膜作业,实现了拱棚自动插架、覆膜作业,提高工作效率和拱棚稳固性。田间试验表明:在机具行进速度1~1.5km/h时,棚杆插入率92%~96%,棚杆平均垂直度为84°,棚杆破损率小于1.5%,薄膜破损率小于4%,能够满足拱棚插架覆膜技术要求。Abstract: In order to meet the planting pattern of vegetables and fruits in some parts of China and solve the problem of labour intensity and low efficiency for constructing low tunnels traditionally, this paper designs a low tunnel machine. The low tunnel machine is mainly composed of a frame, a curved rod insertion device, a film coating device and a traveling device.Through the walking mechanism, the function of fixed distance inserting rod is completed, and the inserting device is bending and inserting rod, and the automatic laminating operation is completed by the laminating device. The automatic inserting and laminating operation of the low tunnel is realized, and the work efficiency and the stability of the low tunnel are improved.Field experiments show that when the traveling speed of the machine is 1-1.5 km/h, the rod insertion rate is 92%-96%, the average verticality of the low tunnel is 84°,the damage rate of the low tunnel is less than 1.5%,and the damage rate of the film is less than 4%.The machine can fulfill the technical requirements of the low tunnel.
