小型果园电动作业平台的设计与试验

Design and Test of Electric Operation Platform for Small Orchard

  • 摘要: 为了提高丘陵地区果品采摘、果树修剪等作业效率,基于PID控制算法理论研发了一种集采摘、运输、修剪于一体的小型果园电动作业平台,结构简单、操作方便。田间试验结果表明:平台性能稳定,续航能力强,可在0°~10°坡地果园进行高空农事作业,修剪效率可达纯人工修剪效率的4.5倍,满足果园作业农艺要求,可提高果园作业效率,降低劳动成本。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of fruit picking and fruit tree pruning in hilly area, a small-scale orchard electric operation platform was developed based on pid control algorithm theory.The platform has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation.The results of field experiments show that the platform has stable performance and strong endurance, and can be used in 0-10 slope orchard for high-altitude farming.The pruning efficiency can reach 4.5 times of pure manual pruning efficiency,which meets the agricultural requirements of orchard operation and improves the operating efficiency of orchard Labor cost saving.
