挠盘式高效低损大葱自动移栽机的设计与试验

Design and Experiment of a High-efficiency and Low-loss Automatic Transplanter for Scallion

  • 摘要: 针对市场现存的大葱移栽机功能不完善、自动化程度低、伤苗率高、栽植株距不稳定、人工劳动强度大及葱苗移栽效率低的问题,为减少作业环节、提高劳动效率、降低伤苗率,设计了一种挠盘式高效低损大葱自动移栽机,主要包括投苗装置、接放苗装置和栽苗装置等关键部件。投苗装置能够实现自动间歇整排投苗并将葱苗准确地投放到接放苗装置上,接放苗装置能实现葱苗有序铺放到水平输苗装置上,栽苗装置能够实现不同土壤环境下葱苗的高直立度移栽。样机田间移栽试验表明:栽植深度合格率96.9%,埋苗率0.3%,伤苗率0.1%,倒伏率0.8%,纯作业生产率为0.09hm2/h。该机作业效果好、自动化程度高、伤苗率低,功耗低污染小,达到了高效低损的要求,有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of imperfect function, low automation, high rate of seedling injury, unstable plant spacing, high labor intensity and low efficiency of onion seedling transplanting in the market, in order to reduce the operation link and improve labor efficiency, this paper designs a high-efficiency and low-loss automatic transplanting machine for onion, which mainly includes the key points of seedling throwing device, seedling receiving device and seedling transplanting device.The seedling-throwing device can realize automatic intermittent whole row transportation and seedling-throwing and accurately put onion seedlings on the seedling-feeding device; the seedling-feeding device can realize orderly placement of onion seedlings on the horizontal seedling-feeding device; and the seedling-planting device can realize the high vertical transplanting of onion seedlings in different soil environments.The field transplanting test of the prototype shows that the qualified rate of planting depth is 96.9%, the seedling burying rate is 0.3%, the seedling injury rate is 0.1%, the lodging rate is 0.8%, and the pure operation productivity is 0.09 hm~2/h. The machine has good operation effect, high automation and low seedling injury rate, which meets the requirements of high efficiency and low loss. The research in this paper has certain popularization and application value for mechanized transplantation of onion.
