灌木根系原位抗拉抗折测试装置设计与检验

摘要: 灌木根系的抗拉抗折特性是研究风沙区灌木根系固土机制的关键和基础,为使根系的抗拉抗折力学参数结果更加接近实际情况,通常在野外进行原位测试。为此,针对灌木根系野外原位测试环境恶劣及装置进沙易坏等问题,设计了一套灌木根系原位抗拉抗折测试装置,包括机械部件和电子部件。机械部件由机架、夹具和电动拉杆等组成;电子部件由nRF24L01无线传输模块和STM32F103芯片等组成,通过硬件电路和软件程序实现测试数据的实时短程无线传输。经制造、调试、标定和检验,测试装置可在灌木根系原位上获取抗拉抗折和位移参数,并实时短程无线传输至PC上,实现显示、储存和历史数据查询等功能,满足灌木根系野外原位测试的使用要求,为探究灌木防沙固土提供了实地数据支持。Abstract: The tensile and flexural properties of shrub roots are the key and foundation to study the mechanism of soil fixation of shrub roots in windblown sand area.In order to make the results of tensile and flexural mechanical parameters of roots closer to the actual situation, in-situ test is usually carried out in the field.A set of in-situ tensile and flexural testing device for shrub roots was designed to solve the problem of bad in-situ testing environment.It includes mechanical parts and electronic parts.Mechanical components are composed of rack, clamp and electric pull rod; electronic components are composed of nRF24 L01 wireless transmission module and STM32 F103 chip.The real-time short-range wireless transmission of test data is realized by hardware circuit and software program.After manufacturing, debugging, calibration and inspection, the test device can obtain tensile and bending resistance and displacement parameters in situ of shrub roots, and transmit them to PC in real-time and short-range wireless, realizing kinetic energy such as display, storage and historical data query, meeting the use requirements of field in situ test of shrub roots, and providing field data support for exploring sand control and soil consolidation of shrubs.
