Abstract:
It firstly introduces the structure and working principle of PLC and fuzzy control system, then designs the motor structure and parameters of pure electric farm machinery, designs the PLC fuzzy controller by using the PID method, and realizes the pure electric farm machinery speed control system based on the PLC fuzzy control system. SIMULINK simulation experiment and results show that the fuzzy control system of the pure electric agricultural machinery speed regulation system has fast response speed, small overshoot, good stability, adaptability and robustness, and realizes the steady-state no-static-error control of the motor.
