基于PLC模糊控制系统的纯电动农机调速系统设计

Design for Speed Regulation System of Pure Electric Agricultural Machinery Based on PLC Fuzzy Control System

  • 摘要: 介绍了PLC、模糊控制系统组成架构和工作原理,设计了纯电动农机的电机结构和参数,并采用PID方法设计了PLC模糊控制器,实现了基于PLC模糊控制系统的纯电动农机调速系统。SIMULINK仿真实验与结果表明:纯电动农机调速系统模糊控制系统响应速度快,超调较小,具有较好的稳定性、适应性及鲁棒性,实现了电机的稳态无静差控制。

     

    Abstract: It firstly introduces the structure and working principle of PLC and fuzzy control system, then designs the motor structure and parameters of pure electric farm machinery, designs the PLC fuzzy controller by using the PID method, and realizes the pure electric farm machinery speed control system based on the PLC fuzzy control system. SIMULINK simulation experiment and results show that the fuzzy control system of the pure electric agricultural machinery speed regulation system has fast response speed, small overshoot, good stability, adaptability and robustness, and realizes the steady-state no-static-error control of the motor.
