温室自走式黄瓜超声喷雾施药机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Self-propelled Ultrasonic Spraying Machine for Cucumber in Greenhouse

  • 摘要: 针对黄瓜机械化病虫害防治中存在农药利用率低、劳动强度大、环境污染和操作人员易中毒等问题,基于超声雾化技术,设计了温室自走式黄瓜超声喷雾施药机。装置的设计主要包括整机结构、履带底盘行走系统和超声气力喷雾系统,并通过样机性能试验进行验证。试验结果表明:样机行走稳定、无明显震动,施药参数为超声发生器功率300W,气压50kPa,喷头流量3.3mL/min;施药距离20cm、喷头角度0°情况下,行驶速度取1m/s时,能够同时保证黄瓜叶片雾滴沉积量与作业效率,上、中、下三层叶片雾滴覆盖率分别78.63%、79.97%、72.23%,作业效率2.25 hm2/h,几乎无叶片损伤,符合植保的要求。

     

    Abstract: In the prevention and control of cucumber mechanized pests and diseases, there are problems such as low utilization rate of pesticides, high labor intensity, environmental pollution and easy poisoning of operators.Based on ultrasonic atomization technology, a self-propelled cucumber ultrasonic spray application machine was designed.The design of the device mainly includes the design of the whole machine structure, the crawler chassis walking system and the ultrasonic pneumatic spray system.It is verified by the prototype performance test.The test results show that the prototype has stable walking and no obvious vibration. The application parameters are ultrasonic generator power 300 W,air pressure 50 kPa,nozzle flow 3.3 mL/min, application distance 20 cm, nozzle angle 0°,driving speed is 1 m/s, can ensure the droplet deposition and working efficiency of cucumber leaves at the same time, the coverage of the upper, middle and lower leaves is 78.63%,79.97%,72.23%, and the operating efficiency is 2.25 hm~2/h, almost No blade damage, in line with the requirements of agronomic plant protection.
