摘要: 传统施药系统在使用过程中存在农药利用率低、施药参数无法在线监测和存储等问题,容易造成农田和环境污染,严重影响农作物的生产质量,对人类和牲畜的人身安全构成了严重威胁。针对以上问题,设计了基于单片机的施药检测系统,在深入分析施药检测系统的需求后,完成了施药检测系统总体方案的设计,确定了合理可靠的功能模块,完成了施药检测系统的软件设计。进行系统施药速度、压力及流量的检测试验,结果表明:该系统参数检测精度高、控制效果好、人机交互性强,能够较大程度地提高农药利用率,提升农作物生产质量,具有一定的推广价值。Abstract: The traditional pesticide application system has low utilization rate of pesticides, and the application parameters cannot be monitored and stored online. It is easy to cause farmland and environmental pollution, seriously affect the production quality of crops, and constitute the personal safety of humans and livestock. A serious threat. Aiming at the above problems, this paper designed a single-chip based drug detection system. After in-depth analysis of the functional requirements of the drug detection system, the design of the overall solution of the drug detection system was completed. The hardware selection and hardware design determined the reasonable and reliable. The functional module, at the same time, completed the software design of the application detection system, and finally tested the system application speed, pressure and flow. The test shows that the system has high detection precision, good control effect and strong human-computer interaction. It can improve the utilization rate of pesticides to a large extent and improve the quality of crop production. It has certain promotion value in other agricultural production.
