三七精密播种机排种性能监测装置设计与试验

摘要: 针对三七精密播种机排种性能监测传感器尺寸大、成本高、监测存在盲区等问题,设计了一种排种性能监测装置。该装置运用光的折射理论,将光纤传感器与透镜相结合,扩大矩形光栅式光纤传感器的监测范围;监测信号传输给PLC处理器对排种性能进行统计与处理,并将处理结果实时进行人机交互和故障声光报警。人工投种试验和播种机台架试验结果表明:装置排种合格率监测精度在87%以上,报警准确度高,可增大传感器的监测范围,降低成本,为三七精密播种机排种性能监测技术的后续研究提供参考。Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large size, high cost and blind spot of seeding performance monitoring sensor of pantoginseng precision seeder, a seeding performance monitoring device is designed in this paper. This device uses the refraction theory of light to combine fiber sensor and lens to expand the monitoring range of rectangular grating fiber sensor.The monitoring signal is transmitted to the PLC processor for statistics and processing of seeding performance, and the processing results are real-time human-machine interaction and fault acousto-optic alarm.The results of artificial seeding test and seeding machine test show that the accuracy of qualified rate monitoring is over 87%, and the alarm accuracy is high.The monitoring device can increase the monitoring range of the sensor, save the cost of the monitoring device, and provide a reference for the research on the monitoring technology of the precision seeder’s seeding performance.
