多移植手穴盘苗补苗装置试验研究

摘要: 针对穴盘育苗过程中出现空穴、坏苗降低穴盘苗品质的问题,提出了通过多移植手依次对穴盘中的空穴补苗,并设计了一种多移植手穴盘苗补苗装置,实现对出苗前有空穴或坏苗的穴盘苗快速补苗,以保证出苗品质。进行整机性能试验,作业对象为不同苗龄的芥蓝穴盘钵苗,结果表明:芥蓝苗龄为16天,主机构移动速度为0.097m/s,能达到较为理想的补苗效果,生产率达到1028穴/h,补苗成功率达到96%。Abstract: In order to solve the problem of empty holes and bad seedlings in plug tray debase the quality in the process of seedling raising,this paper puts forward to use multiple transplanting hands to replenishing seedlings in proper order and design a multiple transplanting hands replenishing seedling device,which can quickly replenish the seedling in plug tray before leaving the factory and ensure the seedling quality. The performance test of the whole machine was carried out, and the operation object was the seedling of Chinese broccoli of different seedling age.The test results showed that when the seedling age of Chinese broccoli was 16 days, the moving speed of the main mechanism was 0.097 m/s,this device could achieve the ideal production effect, the productivity reached 1028 holes/h,and the success rate reached 96%.
