采摘机器人自动导航系统设计——基于计算机智能算法和机器视觉

Design of Automatic Navigation System for Picking Robot Based on Computer Intelligent Algorithm and Machine Vision

  • 摘要: 机器视觉系统对于采摘机器人的研发至关重要,其性能直接影响机器人的自动导航水平和果实的定位与识别能力,要实现采摘机器人从研发到生产,首先要设计智能化机器视觉系统。为此,在采摘机器人导航机器视觉系统的设计上,引入了计算机处理系统和智能PID控制算法。采用计算机处理系统后,机器人具有更加强大的图像处理能力和控制编程能力,加上智能控制算法的引入,定位导航更加准确,为采摘机器人自动导航系统的设计提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Machine vision system is very important for the research and development of harvesting robot. It has a direct impact on the robot’s automatic navigation level and fruit positioning and recognition ability for the performance of machine vision system.In order to realize the harvesting robot from research and development to production experiment,the first step is to design an intelligent machine vision system. Therefore,in the design of the robot navigation machine vision system,it introduced the computer processing system and intelligent PID control algorithm. After adopting the computer processing system,the robot has more powerful image processing ability and control programming ability. With the introduction of intelligent control algorithm,the positioning and navigation of the robot is more accurate,which provided the technical support for the design of the robot automatic navigation system.
