摘要: 在拖拉机零件和机构的设计优化过程中,为了提高设计效率、降低设计成本,引入了Inventor设计仿真软件,并提出了基于云技术的协同设计和仿真方法。在机械零件的三维建模和装配与仿真过程中,采用遗传算法对任务的协同化分配和资源的调度进行了优化,提高了设计和仿真计算的效率。以拖拉机运动机构的建模和仿真为例,采用云平台的Inventor软件模块建立了机构的三维模型和装配体,调用云计算资源通过仿真计算得到了机构的位移随时间变化曲线,并将计算效率和传统的计算平台进行了对比,验证了云技术在计算速度和存储能力上的优越性。Abstract: In the process of tractor parts and mechanism design optimization, in order to improve design efficiency and save design cost, it introduced inventor design simulation software, and proposed collaborative design and simulation method based on cloud technology. In the process of 3 D modeling and assembly and simulation of mechanical parts based on cloud platform, genetic algorithm is used for collaborative task allocation and resource scheduling The optimization is carried out to improve the efficiency of design and simulation calculation. Taking the modeling and Simulation of tractor motion mechanism as an example, it established the three-dimensional model and assembly of the mechanism by using the inventor software module of cloud platform, and it obtained the displacement curve of the mechanism with time by using cloud computing resources through simulation calculation. The calculation efficiency is compared with the traditional calculation platform, which verified the superiority of cloud technology in calculation speed and storage capacity.
