农机燃油经济性优化方法研究

摘要: 在农机自适应巡航控制系统中,通过改变驱动策略可以提高燃油经济性。针对巡航模式下跟随农机的燃油经济性改善的问题,采用动态规划策略,考虑到加速时间短和滑行的模式有助于改善燃油经济性,在加速度-速度域内提出了一种有界最优控制算法,并在给定的速度范围内,得到了提高燃油经济性的最优加速和减速策略。为验证算法的有效性,搭建仿真平台,进行了相关的仿真实验。仿真结果表明:所提出的控制方法能实现对农机燃油经济性的优化,还可以确定最优的换档时间。Abstract: In the adaptive cruise control system, fuel economy can be improved by changing the driving strategy. For cruise mode following the fuel economy of vehicles to improve the problem, this paper USES dynamic programming strategy, considering the acceleration time short and sliding mode is helpful to improve fuel economy, the acceleration and velocity in a bounded domain, the optimal control algorithm, and in a given speed range, improved fuel economy of the optimal acceleration and deceleration strategy. In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, a simulation platform was built and relevant simulation experiments were carried out. Simulation results show that the proposed control method can optimize the vehicle fuel economy and determine the optimal shift time.
