基于ANSYS的油茶嫁接机砧木切削机构的仿真分析

Simulation Analysis of Cutting Mechanism of Rootstock of Tea Grafting Machine Based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 介绍了ANSYS的应用和分析方法,采用SolidWorks软件对油茶苗木嫁接机的砧木切削机构设计进行了建模,并应用ANSYS程序对砧木切刀的受力状态和使用寿命进行了仿真分析,得出油茶嫁接机砧木切削过程中砧木切刀的应力状态,为切刀材料的选择和切刀结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the application and analysis method of ANSYS, uses SolidWorks software to model the cutting mechanism design of the rootstock of the Youcha seedling grafting machine, uses ANSYS program to simulate the stress state and service life of the cutting cutter, and obtains the stress state of the cutting cutter in the cutting process of the rootstock of the Youcha grafting machine, which provides a reference for the selection of the cutting material and the optimization design of the cutting structure The theoretical basis is provided.
