摘要: 为了实现喷雾均匀化精确控制,基于PWM控制方式设计了喷雾精确控制系统及其检测装置。采用PWM方式调整喷雾电磁阀开启频率及占空比,实现对于喷雾均匀性的调节,探究PWM占空比和频率对于前进方向上雾量累计程度和均匀性影响。以PWM占空比、频率和前进速度为自变量,分布变异系数为应变量,建立喷雾均匀性模型,并通过统计学方法化简模型,分析模型得到最优化喷雾均匀性时对应的各控制变量。采用重复实验验证模型的可靠性,并采用拟合方法验证模型精度。Abstract: In order to achieve uniform and precise control for spraying, The control system for spraying and test installation was designed, based on PWM. Opening frequency and duty cycle were adjusted by PWM to achieve Uniform Spraying. The frequency and duty cycle effect on uniform and cumulative quantity of spraying was found. The relationship between frequency, duty cycle, forward velocity and spray distribution coefficient of variation was found. The relationship was simplified by statistical method. Optimization of uniform spraying was achieved according to analysing this model. The reliability was tested by Repeated experiments, and precision was tested fitting.
