桃树冠层整形修剪装置设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Peach Canopy Shaping Device

  • 摘要: 针对夏季桃树枝条修剪劳动强度大等问题,依据桃树冠层整形修剪的技术要求,基于AIP软件设计了一种树冠单侧往复式整形修剪装置,并对往复式冠层整形修剪装置的作业性能进行了田间试验。结果表明:往复式冠层整形修剪装置在机组行进速度1.8km/h、动刀片间距5cm时,作业效率为0.37hm2/h,修剪宽幅内的枝条漏剪率为7.5%,断口撕碎率为9.1%。本研究可为桃树冠层机械轻简化整形修剪提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the high labor intensity of trimming peach branches in summer, according to the technical requirements of peach canopy trimming, a single-sided reciprocating trimming device for the canopy was designed based on AIP software. Performance was tested in the field. The test results show that the reciprocating canopy plastic trimming device has a working speed of 0.37 hm~2/h when the traveling speed of the unit is 1.8 km/h and the distance between the moving blades is equal to 5 cm, and the missed shear rate of the branches within the trimming width is 7.5%. The fracture rate is 9.1%, which provides a basis for the mechanical light and simplified plastic pruning of the peach canopy.
